I want to make counselling as accessible as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about fees and how sessions work.
Session Fees
Simple, clear, and flexible.
All sessions are 55 minutes. I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation so you can decide if counselling with me feels right — no pressure, no commitment.
Initial Consultation
Free
A 15-minute phone or video call — a chance to connect and see if we’re the right fit. No obligation whatsoever.
Individual Session
In-person in Epping or online via Zoom — the same rate whichever you choose. Bank transfer or cash only.
Block Booking — Best Value
£275
5 sessions · 55 minutes each
Pay for five sessions in advance and save £25. Bank transfer or cash, paid before your first session.
Reduced Rates
Counselling should be accessible to everyone.
I’m keen to make counselling accessible to everyone, regardless of financial constraints. That’s why I offer reduced rates for those who may be struggling financially.
If affordability is a concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We can have a frank, confidential conversation about what works for you. A few practical things to know.

Payment
Accepted payment methods are bank transfer or cash only. Block bookings are paid in full in advance. Individual sessions are paid by end of session in cash or bank transfer beforehand.

Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Without sufficient notice, the session fee remains payable.

Everything shared in our sessions is strictly confidential. All enquiries handled with complete discretion using secure phone and email services.
