Welcome to
Best Version Of You

When life hands you lemons,
turning them into lemonade isn’t
always easy

Introduction

Do you feel like life’s throwing too much your way? Are you dealing with anxiety, depression, or the heavy weight of grief? You want to feel better. You want to be more confident and in control. But there’s a voice in your head saying “I shoud be able to handle this on my own”.

You might be thinking asking for help is a sign of weakness, but the truth is, it’s one of the bravest and rewarding things you can do for yourself.

I work with individuals suffering depression, anxiety,  attachment issues, sexual abuse, rape, domestic violence and bereavement, along with many other issues that have impacted their lives.

I’m Lynda, a BACP  registered counsellor. In our confidential sessions, we’ll work through your thoughts and feelings, helping you untangle past experiences and navigate current challenges. With practical strategies and supportive guidance, you’ll gain clarity, resilience and the tools needed to feel more in control of your life.

My focus is on you, your needs, and your journey towards healing and growth. So, let’s dive in and start making those positive changes together.

What my counselling can offer you?

In counselling, we’re in this together. I’m not here to sugarcoat things or pretend it’s going to be easy, because let’s face it, life can be hard and confusing sometimes.  It’s okay to admit that things aren’t going as planned, and it’s okay to ask for help.

I’m not here to magically fix everything for you. But what I can do is help you find a way through the pain and the uncertainty. Think of me as your guide, your support system, your sounding board. Together, we’ll work through the tough stuff, and yeah, it might get messy along the way. But that’s all part of the process. I’m here to help you help yourself, to find your own strength and resilience in the face of life’s challenges.

So, let’s roll up our sleeves and get to work.
